Commission Process
First time getting a commission? No sweat! This is how it works:
Submit a commission request using the below form. Include either the project title from the commission catalogue or a description of your custom project with as many details as possible (ex. design, size, style, reference photos, deadline, etc.).
I’ll get back to you with a booking confirmation and/or a quote within 1-3 business days (for custom work, multiple quotes possible based on size/style variations - just ask!).
Upon the confirmation of project details, I’ll send you an invoice and will request a 50% non-refundable deposit before beginning any work.
I’ll begin composition work and will provide ad hoc updates on composition & colour work to confirm stylistic direction.
Upon completion, I’ll send a photo of the final illustration for approval and can do up to 3 post-production revisions at your request.
Once the remaining balance payment has been settled, you can pick up the illustration or I can ship it in protective packaging via Canada Post.
